PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION.
GRAB A DRINK, DOWNLOAD THE HEALSONIC APP AND CONNECT TO THE HEALSONIC WIFI AT THE BAR.
You can cancel or change your reservation online up to 24 hours in advance of your booking start time. If you need to cancel or change within 24 hours of your booking, please give us a call. Interested in a multi-room party or booking the whole venue? Reach out here!
If you would like to book consecutive hours:
1. Add the first selection to your cart.
2. On the Confirmation screen, select "Go Back to Add Another Booking."
3. Select the number in your party, the same room, same date, and consecutive booking.
4. Review your cart and confirm when ready.
THINGS TO NOTE
All guests at Renos must be 21 and older with ID.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation start time. Please note if you are more than 5 mins late your reservation will be go the next singer in line.
Upon arrival, a host or bartender will check you in.
Reservations start and end at the time indicated. (If you’ve booked multiple consecutive time slots, the 15 minutes in between slots are a bonus.)
If you get to the end of your reservation and would like to add time, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but can’t guarantee availability.
Plans change! If the number in your party increases, please give us a heads up, as all rooms have occupancy limits. If the number in your party decreases, all good — just note each room has a minimum hourly rate your party is responsible for.
